How are CTalk calls charged?
Calls are charged per second upon connection. If you only talk for one second, you are charged for one second. There are no other costs, no signup costs, no exit costs, no hidden fees of any kind.
Is there a flag fall on CTalk calls?
No. There’s no additional connection or flag fall fee.
How Do I pay for my calls? How do I top-up my account?
To pay for your calls you will need a valid credit card.
- Log into http://www.concerotalk.com
- Click My Account, near the top of the screen
- Login using your CTalk username and password.
- Once logged in, point to the My Account menu and click My Finances.
- Click Add funds to my account.
- Select whether you'd like to make a credit card payment.
What happens if I run out of credit while in a call?
The call will disconnect. You’ll need to top-up your account before you can dial landline or mobile phones. Your credit amount will be displayed every time you log into your CTalk phone account.

Your credit amount will be displayed every time you log into your CTalk phone account. Alternatively:
- Click My Account, near the top of the screen on our website at http://www.concerotalk.com
- Login using your CTalk username and password.
- The home page account summary will show your current account balance.
